Phase 3 consists of 5 different workout videos, once again focusing on Cardio, Resistance, Core and Flexibility. These extreme 30 and 45 minute workouts will challenge you and take your strength and fitness to a whole new level.

Make sure you always go at your own pace and you can also follow the FHIT team member who is doing the modified version of the workout.
