These workouts are much faster and much higher in intensity. Phase 2 is a 6 week program incorporating four, 15 minute workout videos. Cardio, Resistance, Abs and Mobility.

It’s important to follow the weekly training schedule which you will find set out under the program menu. Following the weekly program will help you to lose weight, gain strength, increase your fitness and flexibility and give you an all round healthier heart.

Once you finish Phase 2, I then encourage you to really challenge yourself and get stuck in to the intensive Phase 3, 12 week program.
