The FHIT foundation program and workouts are low impact and low intensity. The specific purpose of this program is to help get you started and get you exercising regularly. These 15 minute workouts take you through the whole range of exercises and techniques that you will experience in all of the programs. It really is the perfect way to get back on the exercise band wagon. It’s a six week program that will get you moving and get you excited to experience more.
