BOUNCE BACK WITH FHIT

Now that your baby has arrived it is time for you to start your journey to become the strongest, fittest Mother that you can be!

FHIT’s Postnatal 12 week program will have you returning to exercise gradually and safely. The workouts will progress in 3 stages so that you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

Each bodyweight workout is 20 minutes to help build back your strength, cardio fitness, mobility and most importantly your core strength.

Not only will you have guidance and support from Lauren during the workouts, you will also have the opportunity to have regular check ins with Women’s Health Physiotherapist Madison Cutmore along with detailed meal guides and recipes from Nutritionist and Nourishing Bubs CEO Olivia Bates.

FHIT by Lauren Hannaford is the perfect workout program for you
